Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using RightFeature ("the Service"), a product of The Web Fosters ("we," "our," or "the Company"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access or use the Service.

Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily access and use RightFeature for personal or commercial purposes, subject to the restrictions set forth in these Terms of Service. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose without proper subscription
• Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained in RightFeature
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
• Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server

User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the service and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use RightFeature for any purpose that is:

• Unlawful or prohibited by these Terms
• To transmit any harmful code, including viruses or malware
• To harass, abuse, or harm another person
• To impersonate or attempt to impersonate another user or person
• To spam or send unsolicited messages
• To violate any applicable laws or regulations

Subscription and Billing

Some parts of the service are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (monthly or annually). At the end of each billing period, your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel it or we cancel it.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

You can get started with a free RightFeature account to explore the platform. If you need features present in paid plans or if you exceed the limits of the free plan, you can consider upgrading to a paid subscription.

When you upgrade to a paid plan, we use a secure third-party payment gateway to collect and process your payments safely.

We provide a no-questions-asked Refund/cancellation. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team. When you cancel:

• Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current paid billing period
• You will continue to have full access to all paid features until the end of that period
• Your subscription will not renew for the next billing cycle
• After the current period ends, your account will revert to the free plan

Content Ownership

You retain all rights to any content you submit, post, or display on or through the service. By submitting, posting, or displaying content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content solely for the purpose of providing the service.

Disclaimer

The materials on RightFeature are provided on an 'as is' basis. RightFeature makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

Limitations

In no event shall RightFeature or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use RightFeature, even if we have been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. We will provide notice of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which RightFeature operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
